Orders
How long does shipping take?
4 to 7 days from your order date. That's the total time from the moment you
submit to the moment it lands.
When does my package actually go out?
Within 12 to 36 hours of us confirming your order. Once we've
verified your payment, dispatch is quick.
How do I get a tracking number?
We don't hand out tracking numbers. Sign up for
USPS Informed Delivery — it's free, and it shows every
package heading to your address before it arrives, with the tracking info
included. Set it up here.
What if I lose my note link?
Download your receipt when the confirmation page appears
— it has your reference number. Keep that receipt after payment, because
the note link itself is a one-time thing. If you lose the link but kept the
receipt, contact us on SimpleX with the reference number and we can help.
Do you keep my order details?
Only as long as it takes us to process and ship. Order details are deleted the
moment we've read them. Nothing lingers.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
BTC and XMR. Monero is strongly preferred for privacy. If you use Bitcoin,
route it through a non-KYC source first.
Do you offer refunds?
All refunds and reships are handled case by case. Reach out
on SimpleX with your reference number and we'll look into it.
What if the address I gave was wrong?
We don't reship or refund for wrong addresses. Double-check your drop details
before you submit — we cannot edit an order after it's been sent.
What if the package is stolen after delivery?
We don't reship or refund for packages stolen after they've been delivered.
We recommend tracking closely with Informed Delivery and choosing a drop that
won't sit unattended.
Can I place another order right away?
One order per session per 12 hours. If you need a second order sooner, reach
out on SimpleX.
Privacy & Security
Do you need my email?
No. There are no accounts, no email addresses, no phone numbers. You order
through a session cookie and we talk over SimpleX.
Can you read my note?
Not in transit. Your order is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your
device. We decrypt it on an offline machine to fulfil it, then delete it.
