We verify and dispatch — 12 to 36 hours
Payment confirmed, drop details checked, package sealed and sent. You'll
hear from us on SimpleX once it's out.

Transit — 4 to 7 days
Standard domestic delivery window. Informed Delivery shows you exactly
when it's arriving.
Tracking
We don't give out tracking numbers directly. Instead, sign up for USPS Informed Delivery — a free service that shows you every package heading to your address, along with its tracking info, before it arrives.

Refunds & Reships
All refunds and reships are case by case
If something goes wrong, message us on SimpleX with your reference number.
We'll look at what happened and decide together.
Wrong address
We don't reship or refund for wrong addresses. Double-check your drop details
before submitting — orders can't be edited after they're sent.
Stolen packages
We don't reship or refund for packages stolen after delivery. Choose a drop
that won't sit unattended, and watch Informed Delivery so you know when to
be ready.
